Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any free shipping promotions or shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on our website.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: ~7 business days, varies based on location
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Scent Reserve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Scent Reserve is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:
- Verify the shipping address used for the order
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier
While we will do our best to assist, Scent Reserve cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Scent Reserve ships within the United States only.
