Return & Refund Policy

At Scent Reserve, all fragrances are sold as decants and are prepared specifically for each order. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference regarding a fragrance's scent
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Scent Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly and check with household members or neighbors before contacting us.
