Are the fragrances authentic? 

Yes. All fragrances sold are sourced from authentic retail bottles and carefully transferred into smaller sample atomizers. We do not sell counterfeit, diluted, or imitation fragrances.

What are fragrance decants?

A decant is a smaller amount of fragrance transferred from an authentic bottle into a travel-size or sample atomizer. Decants allow you to try fragrances without purchasing a full bottle.

Why do the bottles look different from the original fragrance bottle?

Decants are transferred into sample atomizers and are not sold in the original manufacturer bottle. Bottle styles may vary depending on availability.

How much is shipping?

Most orders ship for a flat rate of $4.99 via USPS. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–5 business days before being shipped.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking information once the order has been fulfilled.

How long does delivery take?

After shipment, most USPS deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine an appropriate solution.

Why might a fragrance smell different than expected?

Fragrance performance and scent can vary depending on skin chemistry, environment, temperature, and personal perception. We recommend trying fragrances multiple times before forming a final opinion.

Do fragrances have batch variations?

Yes. Manufacturers occasionally reformulate fragrances or produce different batches that may have slight variations. This is normal throughout the fragrance industry.

Are your atomizers leak-proof?

We carefully inspect and package all atomizers before shipment. While leaks are uncommon, shipping conditions can occasionally cause issues. If your order arrives with a significant leak, please contact us promptly.
